This is a handy tool. Fast way to monitor if we are eating too much or just right. The 7 day calorie cycling chart is a useful feature, and reminder to cycle our calories. Thanks.
Could you check the calculator – it doesn’t appear to be working. I’ve used the one on the Free Dieting Weight Loss Guide website but, as I use your great calories burnt calculator, it would be great to be able to access them both from the one site. Cheers.
