*Calorie cycling provides same amount of calories per week, but ‘tricks’ your body by constantly changing daily calories. This helps to prevent or break plateaus. Guideline only.


You are better off using the Fat Loss numbers. Extreme Fat loss represents the minimum number of calories that your body needs.

    This is a handy tool. Fast way to monitor if we are eating too much or just right. The 7 day calorie cycling chart is a useful feature, and reminder to cycle our calories. Thanks.

    Could you check the calculator – it doesn’t appear to be working. I’ve used the one on the Free Dieting Weight Loss Guide website but, as I use your great calories burnt calculator, it would be great to be able to access them both from the one site. Cheers.
