I have a funny story from today’s workout. While biking on a trail, I slowed down to pass a woman jogging, and I said “Passing on your left”. She replied “Passing out on your right.”. It made me laugh for 5 minutes!

I finally got my seat back to a comfortable postion. What a pain the whole episode of fiddling with my bike was, literally. The truth is, this bike doesn’t really fit me.
