I have a funny story from today’s workout. While biking on a trail, I slowed down to pass a woman jogging, and I said “Passing on your left”. She replied “Passing out on your right.”. It made me laugh for 5 minutes!
I bought some road tires from the REI store this weekend, and went out riding twice this week on them. Someone had told me replacing my knobby trail tires with smooth road tires would help me go faster. I didn’t really notice any improvement in speed with them. Seems like a waste of $40. Oh [...]
I finally got my seat back to a comfortable postion. What a pain the whole episode of fiddling with my bike was, literally. The truth is, this bike doesn’t really fit me.
