Are you thinking you’d like to get started in the sport of triathlon, but you don’t think you are lean enough, or fast enough, or athletic enough? You don’t have to be lean, fast or athletic to participate in the sport of triathlon. All you need is persistence to do the training! I wasn’t lean, fast or athletic when I began my tri journey. One year later, I am still not any of those things, but I am heading in that direction, and I am having a blast along the way! (Okay, two years later I am kind of lean and kind of fast :D) (Update: four years later I am lean and really fast!) You can do it, too, if you just put your mind to it.
