Goals:

I want to compete in at least one more triathlon this year. Maybe two. I’m currently trying to find an event that fits into my summer plans.

I want to lose 20 or 30 more pounds.

After losing weight….(I feel it’s important to lose those extra pounds before increasing my running distance)

I want to train for an olympic distance triathlon (next year).

I want to run a 1/2 marathon
