		<description>I am a big fan of actually doing all the hard work in the Off Season since there aren&#039;t any races / tapering / recovering to get in the way. Besides, I&#039;d rather kill myself in 45&#039; and be done with it than try to survive on a 2+ hour long run in sub-30 temps! I&#039;d also suggest a group workout once a week for fun and a random race or two to keep you sharp.</description>
