		<description>I can sort of relate to what you are talking about on the run. Every once in a while I have this weird sensation on the run where I disconnect my head from my body. It only happens in long events where I start at a controlled pace and then find a sweet spot where I just run on auto-pilot. It is hard to reproduce, but whenever I do this I just do awesome and it is completely a euphoric feeling.</description>
