I have a pair of dri-fit socks that I have been wearing for two years. They are my favorite socks, so as long as they are clean, I’ll be wearing them for my workout. Not any more…they no longer protect my feet from blisters. These socks and I have been through a lot of blood, sweat and tears together! Especially, now, the blood part. This is what my foot looked like after my 9.26 mile run today.
