		<description>I&#039;m not sure if they have any races in your area, but you should look at some cyclocross races this fall. With just two races last year, I got totally comfortable with running mounts/dismounts. 

I guess running through the mud and dodging trees, roots and a few dozen other riders sharing the same trail will force you to learn really quick!

Plus, they are TONS of fun! Great off season training.</description>

		<description>I was impressed how easy you made it look.  I would love to give it a try, but I raised my seat on my bike to reduce the bend at my knee due to arthitis at the knee cap.</description>
