I took some footage of me running again – this time from the front. I wanted to see how much side-to-side movement I was making.

Wow – I am really rocking my shoulders ALOT. Plus you can once again see the up and down motion. I guess it makes me happy to discover this, because if I can eliminate these wasteful movements – I should be able to run faster for longer.

If you watch the YouTube video I posted last week showing the two runners competing at the World Cup race, their upper bodies look rock solid, with minimal movement. How do I get to that place?
