2009 by the Numbers

A blog friend named Kevin posted a year in review list, and I thought it was a great idea.  So, I am copying his idea  –  I even viewed the source code on his site and copied the html code to get the table formatting.   🙂   Here is my year in review by the numbers. • Great blog. Congrats on a great year. You have given me inspiration and some ideas for my blog. I look forward to coming back again!

  • Thanks for the link!!! I've stolen my fair share of ideas from other bloggers so I guess what goes around comes around.

  • Those numbers are pretty amazing when you add them all up! I'm suprised that you have done so little strength training? Will that be a goal for you in 2010?

  • Love this- especially your time spent on strength training... i don't feel so guilty myself! combined running and riding over 5000 miles... how far is it to California and did you make it there and back? yahoo!!!!!!!
