Thanks for the encouragement, Alexia. That's why these blogs are great. All of you guys who are out there training and racing are always willing to lend encouragement to those of us that need to get off out butts.

I don't know about you guys, but I wished they had shown more. I could have watched for hours and I would have liked more than 30 seconds of sport for every 10 minutes of talking.
No matter what, I didn't enjoy seeing it. I was just as excited for the last person to finish as I was the first person.
Hi- Ya, I was watching Ironman on TV too. I got the bug once more. I have done a few of the sprint and olympic distances but the Ironman is really something else! I'm 60 this year. Is it too late to start thinking about completing an Ironman distance race? Is there a really good training program that would enable me to do that race in a couple of years at least?
