I am PMS’ing tonight. It’s also a recovery week. This makes me very crappy, er, I mean crabby.
Since the Rev 3 Tri race is exactly one month away, guess what will be coming along to that race with me???
I remember blogging about this very topic a while back, so I searched my own blog and found this old post. Lo and behold, I did a race the very next day after writing about PMS and foul moods. And it was a great race, so I guess I will not worry about Rev 3 Tri. I can’t wait!
Oh, BTW, I ordered a neoprene swim cap and socks from TriSports.com. I’m not yet sure if I will need them at Rev 3 Tri. But I will need them at B2B, so went ahead and ordered them. Better safe than sorry, especially since I am a cold wuss!
Got a couple good posts planned: One comparing Zoot Compression socks to Zensah Calf sleeves. And another talking about my aero disc covers (which, so far, I think are a waste of money, but the jury is still out).

I agree about being prepared -- I bought a skull cap type thing to wear under my helmet the day before a race, and it was the best $15 I've ever spent! You'll be great at that race.
