I am very excited about doing this race as part of Team Trakkers 2009. An impressive list of pros are registered for this race, including my heros Cait Snow and Natascha Badmann! The Amusement park venue will be exciting for both athletes and their families. And the challenging bike course looks really fun …I love climbing, I keep telling myself that and it’s working. Stay tuned for a blog entry with specific details about how I plan to train for that 20 minute climb in the middle of the bike course. Yay hills! (it’s all mental, right?) This race is really motivating me to push to the next level in my training. I would be slacking off this year if it wasn’t for Team Trakkers and those Rev3Tri hills!

This race looks really awesome. I might have to make the trip up there to spectate!
I'm getting really excited for this race! I will not be racing, not ready for a race that big yet, but I will definitely be in attendance. It's exciting to have such a big event come to Connecticut!
Btw, I've been using your calories burned calculator since the Garmin Forerunner 305 is off, and I love it! I've been mentioning it a lot in my posts lately (with link of course). Your calculator is about 10 calories off when compared to my Timex Ironman watch, so pretty accurate I'd say!
