Revolution 3 Triathlon Race series now open for Registration

Registration is now open for all three races in the Revolution Series of triathlon races.  I competed in the Half iron Rev 3 Tri race at Quassy Amusement park in Connecticut last spring.  It was the inaugural event produced by Revolution3 and a truly amazing experience.  The race was extremely well organized and the huge prize purse brought a great pro field. I even got to meet my triathlon hero, Natascha Badmann. The Quassy race course was a challenging test of mental toughness.   If you want to bump your level of racing up a notch, you should do this race!    I am planning to do both the Quassy and Cedar Point races  as part of Team Trakkers.  I am especially looking forward to the Cedar Point race venue!

We’re hoping you’ve checked our website for all the great information regarding the Rev3 series in 2010. We’ve got lots planned and registration for Rev3’s full distance triathlon is fast approaching. Registration for Cedar Point full distance and half distance triathlons opens Tuesday, September 1, 2010.

In this newsletter you will also find important information regarding Quassy’s 2010 races – -some course changes (due to your feedback) and discounts for series participation.

CEDAR POINT REGISTRATION OPENS SEPTEMBER 1, 2009

Registration opens September 1, 2009 for Rev3’s Cedar Point races. Rev3 is serving up two first class races next September. We are hosting a full distance and half distance triathlon on September 12th. Don’t miss out and click the link below for more information. Included in your registration, each athlete will receive two passes to Cedar Point Amusement Park, and more swag than you can carry.

5x IRONMAN CHAMPION HEATHER GOLLNICK AND REVOLUTION 3 COACHING

We are proud to offer our registered athletes the option of purchasing training programs developed by 5x Ironman Champion Heather Gollnick and Rev3 Coaching. Each calendar will offer a sixteen week training program tailored to our venues in Knoxville, Middlebury and Sandusky (Cedar Point Amusement Park). Weekly swim, bike and run workouts offered at three different levels beginner, intermediate and advanced will give you the confidence you need to accomplish your goals whatever they may be. New this year will be training camps offered at each venue leading up to the event hosted by Heather Gollnick and quite possibly a few surprise guests. Athletes are encouraged to attend and train on all aspects of the course to gain valuable tips that will enhance your race day experience. Look for details on www.rev3tri.com on upcoming camp dates. Our goal is to help you have the best race experience possible.
