After my last post, I went out and did a track workout.? ? I did 4 x 400 meters.? My performance really sucked because my running has suffered some serious setbacks. However, the workout was hard and invigorated me to get back on track with my training.? ? I printed out a 1/2 iron training plan from trinewbies.com and have been following it.? It’s not as detailed as the plan I did last year, but until I have time to formuate something better, this is working well.? ? It’s very motivating and satisfying to have a written plan to follow, and check off workouts as you complete them.
