I am preparing for my 2nd tri tomorrow. I found a really cool interactive tool to print out a race day check list: http://triathlon.racechecklist.com/ …you just check off the things you want in each category, then print your customized list. There is even room for typing in your own stuff.
Tomorrow’s race is the J.F. Hurley Formula 1 sprint, in Salisbury, NC.
375M swim, 1.5 mile run, 20k bike, 1.5 mile run, 375M swim.
My goals for tomorrow are to do each swim segment in 9 minutes. Each run segment in 18 minutes (~ 12 min/mile) and the bike in 46 minutes (16 mph avs).
My my knee is hurting me right now because on Monday I ran too far and pushed myself on hills, so we’ll see how tomorrow goes… 🙄
