I just wanted to quickly let you know what an inspiration you and your blog have been for me. I have been quietly following your progress for sometime now and think that what you are doing is so wonderful. I have long been toying with the idea of getting into triathlon myself, but felt very lost when it came to actually doing anything about it. Searching for triathlon help is how I found your blog and though I haven’t yet completed one myself, I have taken the first couple of steps. I got some of the books you recommended, ran a few road races this fall, and am slowly getting the miles in in preparation for a sprint next spring or summer. Also, I frequently pull up your blog when I need a little motivation to get going.
I hope that you are feeling healthy and happy during the count-down to your Ironman. You put in all the grueling hours of training, now it is time to celebrate by running the very best race you can. Congrats!

Good Luck. I’ll be rooting for you.
Cool, will trakkers also be working on race day too?
