Happy Thanksgiving Everybody!!!

This is my short race recap. Full report also available. I did the 5 mile Cleveland Turkey Trot race. Made a PR and my dream pace of sub 8. Came in 6th out of 83 for my AG. I felt really strong the first three miles. Mile four was a struggle. Partly due to fatigue, and party due to running against a strong headwind and some uphills. I went hard the last mile, and all out sprinted the last 1/4 to make my goal. Felt like I was going to puke after sprinting the last 1/4 mile to beat the 40 minute mark. Feel like I am going to puke now, after eating too much turkey dinner.

More later on mental stuff, including how spitting helped me!!!

Chip time was 39:41
